Probably OK: You are probably fine, but keep the area clean and keep some antibiotic ointment on it. If you get any swelling or redness report to a health care professional.

Clean with peroxide: Wash cut with peroxide and water, then dress with an antibiotic and bandaid till it heals. If redness, pus or fever develops then will need more agrressive therapy as well antibiotics by mouth. Talk to your pcp if any concerns.

Don't use: Peroxide. Wash with soap and water. Apply antibiotic ointment. Cover with a secondary dressing. Check your tetanus status.

Unlikely: Keep it clean. The most unclean areas in the bathroom are the sink faucet and the door-knob. The toilet seat is unlikely to be contaminated.
