Yes.: The Benadryl in Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM may enhance the sedative effects of the Ambien, so You should be very careful. Take the Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM first and give it an hour and if you are still awake, take Ambien. People who had used this combination had complained of a hangover the next day. If your insomnia persists, it might be best to get a sleep study in order to get down to the roots of your problem.
