Can you clarify?: What makes you believe you are not absorbing what you eat? If this is indeed the case, your physician needs to determine whether you have disease of the small intestine (gluten enteropathy, whipple's, others) or pancreas (adult-onset cystic fibrosis, hereditary pancreatitis, others). Especially, do not accept this claim from a non-evidence-based practitioner.
