Just eat a variety: If you eat a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables it is very likely that you will get a well balanced diet of nutrients a and minerals. The problem that arises with a zinc deficiency is called hypogeusia or decreased sensation of taste. If you find yourself suffering from that you can always get a blood test to check and take a multivitamin with minerals once a day.
