Time for sleep doc: Please see a sleep specialist. Your insomnia is significant and with over 80 sleep disorders it will take a considerable history and some testing to sort it out. Sleep: Best to see a sleep specialist. A sleep study may be needed to figure out what's happening, eg, sleep apnea, plms, parasomnias, etc. Proper sleep habits/hygiene are essential.
