Aspirin: The Aspirin may help make the blood less sticky. The ntg may lower the blood pressure, which may be a problem if really having a stroke.

Would not recommend: Best not to use any agent which affects blood coagulation prior to er visit, as this could prevent the doctors giving you the one agent which may help reverse the stroke, and that is tpa, (alteplase) thromboplastin activator. Combination of such blood coag products can clearly increase risk of intracranial hemorrhage.
