Yes, chew 2 -4 tablets of chewable baby aspirin pending EMS team if there is no evidence or history of bleeding. For a person with history of coronary heart disease and having nitroglycerine on hand, take sublingual NTG 0.4 mg for chest pain, repeat x 2 as needed q 5 minutes if chest pain persists. Oxygen supplement is also beneficial if available.
