A member asked:

Why have i got wind in stomach and reflux?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Due to a weak muscle: A weakness in the junctional muscle allows food and acid to reflux from stomach into the esophagus(food pipe) causing burps and reflux. It can be controlled with daily use of antacids(pepcid/zantac or prilosec) and by avoiding greasy foods(no fried foods).
