Hi, for the past month i have numbness on the left side cheek, mri showed scattered white matter frontal lobe. is this early sign of ms? i don't smoke or use recreational drugs or migraine. thanks?

Have you seen a neurologist? Your facial numbness is most likely a "sensory trigeminal neuralgia" and maybe a consequence of a prior viral infection.
