Approx 25%: Of people will have first trimester bleeding. The earliest you can see a fetal hear beating in 5w5d by ultrasound; a few days off, you may not be far enough along. I would get labs and/orrepeat the scan. Nature will take its course but there is still a chance everything with this pregnancy will be ok. Good luck.
