I had a 7 weeks transvaginal ultrasound and saw babys heartbeat. but since then ive been spotting (for 3 days). is it normal to spot/bleed after internal scan?

Spotting at 7w ?'s: Spotting at about "7 weeks" of pregnancy may come from inadequate progesterone production from the placenta. See your OB physician who may prescribe progesterone to supplement placental production.
