MRI might: Be helpful. It's much more sensitive for more subtle and smaller findings than ct. But i agree, a discussion with the neurologist is best.

What would a neurologist do after finding out EEG is normal, and MRI shows AVM and scar tissue in brain right lobe, this brings fatigue, exhaustion, Brain fog, disassociation, pressure in head at times.
