Possibly: Numbness and tingling can be symptoms of anxiety or suppressed anxiety, but i can't be sure about your specific symptoms. If you haven't already done so, see a neurologist first and then consider therapy if indicated.

I would fits make: Sure that you do not have serious nervous system problem. I would advise you to see your pcp/neurologist . If they say you do not have and physical condition , then we can talk about anxiety.
