Anxious & Paranoid: This sounds like a really painful way to live -- and there also is help. If truly 16 as it says on your question, tell your parents how you feel. Ask them to help you see your physician, and get referrals for a good psychiatrist who can work with you to find out what's going on. If you're actually an adult, you can do this yourself -- many possibilities to help you feel better. Be well.

See a doctor: I recommend you see a psychiatrist. The symptoms you're experiencing could be from a mental illness. Treatment, if started soon, could lead to complete resolution of symptoms. The longer you wait, the less likely you are to fully recover.
