See your doctor: You can't fix it yourself. If your symptoms have been worsening like this, you need to see your doctor for an evaluation to see what's going on.

Paranoid?: If there was history of prior traumatic events that caused fears & anxieties, it is expected to feel that way. I am hoping u discuss those issues with your therapist.

Relaxation: You may benefit from learning some behavioral techniques of relaxation or progressive muscle relaxation. Meditation is also helpful. Therapy may help you address the underlying paranoia.
