Not enough info: What type of anemia? Microcytic, macrocyclic or normocytic? From gastrointestinal bleeding/blood loss, iron deficiency, folate (folic acid) deficiency or B12 deficiency? What type of diabetes? Type 1 Insulin dependent or type 2? Need more information to render opinion if any relationship of these.
