I recently had a nodal ablation and permanent pacemaker implant for afib relief. i still feel flutter, would additional drug treatment help?

See your doctor: Sometimes it takes more than one ablative procedure to get it under control and often the medications need to be tweeked. Most importantly avoid alcohol as it can trigger a fib. If you are unable to do this seek help.

Doubt it: If your nodal ablation was successful, the bottom chamber rhythm should be entirely controlled by your pacemaker, at which point most people no longer feel symptoms of fib. That'd be my first check - to make sure the nodal ablation produced dense block.
