Are atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation the same as atrial tachycardia? if different, can the atrial tachycardia convert to af/afib? i have prior ablation due to avnrt svt and on pacemaker for total heart block. how come now i also get at?

No- Flutter is often fast and regular sometimes up to 400 atrial bearts/mi. Fib is irregularly irregular. Tachy is fast and regular. Your atrial are firing regularly. And maybe from different site than your a fib.

Atrial tachycardia is a type of supraventricular tachycardia ( SVT) where the rate is over 100/ min but less than 250 and the P wave morphology is normal unlike AVNRT SVT. The atrial rate in flutter is 250-350 & In A Fib P waves are often not clear & atrial rate is over 400 & irregularly irregular. A Tach can convert to flutter or fib. Despite ablation irritable foci & reentry circuits can remain
