Consider that: Pcos is a chronic problem. You sound like you have gotten remission and you are ovulating but watch your calories. All you really need is Folic Acid at 400mg. Consider a prenatal vitamin. Good luck.

PCOS treatment: If you have pcos, you aren't ovulating regularly. Vitamin e and Folic Acid won't help. Clomid is used to increase the chance or number of eggs you will ovulate. Your doctor may recommend some other tests to help to get pregnant more quickly as well.
