PCOS: Achieving pregnancy with true PCOS usually requires ovulation induction, and a reproductive endocrinologist is best to conduct this process. With PCOS, ovulation is rare, and if your "periods" are irregular it is almost impossible to forcast ovulation. Get a referral to an infertility specialist to create the opportunity to optimize chances of pregnancy.
