Magnesium supplement: I prefer very absorbable magnesium e.g. Magnesium malate or magnesium citrate. Do use magnesium oxide as it does not absorb very well into your system. Foods with magnesium are magnesium is found in fish, artichokes, bananas, grains, yogurt, black beans, almonds, cashews and brazil nuts.

Taurate, glycinate &: Good question. Magnesium deficiency is very common but many forms of magnesium are difficult to absorb. The 2 best absorbed forms are magnesium taurate and glycinate. Citrate and chloride are also fairly well absorbed. Magnesium is also absorbed through our skin. Epsom salt baths are proven to raise mag. Levels and topical mag. Chloride solution also works.
