See you doctor: You need to see your doctor at this point and get a diagnostic work up. You may have anxiety worsening your situation and will need a doctor's help to straighten it out. It is always important to avoid the er when your doctor can get you better without the er drama. Ibuprofen can make your symptoms worse. Tums (calcium carbonate) can temporarily help the indigestion but you need to get a diagnostic work up.
