Exam and tests rec: Call your doctor today . More history review, exam, labs, imaging recommended you are sexually active, take a preg test. The location, left right or both sides would narrow this done, if on one side, this may be an ovarian cyst, exam and soon with labs. Ovarian cysts are often fine, can be serious. If on the right side, evalu. of appendix necessary, usually not hungry however.
