Bad acid reflux, causes nausea that feels the same as when im coming down w a stomach bug. it makes me so nervous. how to tell the dif? both feel icky

Acid reflux: If you are having symptoms compatible with reflux and cannot differentiate this from an acute GI infection you should definitely be seen and examined by a gastroenterologist to be sure that you do not have H. pylori infection or that something else is going on in your upper GI tract. Do this soon. Good luck.
