Varies: Pain in the right lower abdomen or pelvis could be several things. If the ovary is the source of the pain, it could be from ovulation or a cyst. Those pains can be severe at times, but usually resolve spontaneously. To find out the source of the pain, would require an examination and tests from a doctor.
