Sometimes : In advanced stages, yes. But best test is upper GI endoscopy with biopsy. Get to a GI specialist for this study if your doctor suspects gastric neoplasm.

Stomach cancer test: Sometimes it can but it can also miss it. Best is to do an upper endoscopy with biopsy .
