Percocet and surgery: This shouldn't be a problem. Let your surgeon and anesthesiologist know. Just take your meds with a small sip of water. Many facilities actually give patients preemptive analgesia before surgery as there is data showing less postoperative pain for patients.

Yes: You should be able to continue your medications, including Percocet as prescribed prior to the surgery. Just follow the instruction for time to stop food and liquid prior to the surgery. If you need to, you can take medication with small sip of water and let your anesthesiologist know about it.
