Contact the surgeon: This is part of the treatment by the surgery team. Let their office know the exact situation and follow the guidance. It's part of their work. Take this seriously. It's not the same as chronic pain, so don't think of it that way. Correct mgmt will prevent bad problems down the road w/ pain med mis-use. Hope it feels better soon.
