I was rollerblading and i had fallen twice but i only had a big bruise but now it's turned into a huge swelling and there's what looks like a small bug bite there too?

Hematoma: Is a area of bleeding or blood clot under the skin. Fancy term for bruise, but they can become quite large and painful at times. A break in the skin over a hematoma can allow bacteria to get in. This can lead to a septic hematoma (infected bruise). I'm concerned the "bug bite there too" might actually be an early abscess/ boil. You should see a local physician or urgent care today..
