Bruise the size of a dime, underarm near bicep, purplish, painless, flat, concerned? could bug bite cause bruise? otherwise not sure why bruise there?

Bruising: A single small bruise is usually of no consequence. Leaning on a bump or bar or hard object can cause a bruise that went unnoticed. Some medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen can make it easier to bruise. If there are ongoing new bruises please discuss with your doctor.
