Hematoma?: Could be a hematoma. You may have bled between the skin and scalp, leading to a blood collection called a hematoma. Could just be an area of local swelling on the noggin from the impact as well. If you start getting uncontrollably sleepy or inattentive or nonsensical, go to ED.
