Few conditions.: Is there watery liquid/ pus from the bumps.Are there any scales along with the bumps. Could be folliculitis from infected hair follicle roost by staphylococcus bac.S, allergic reaction to any hair products, fungal infection-ring worm infn , seborrhic dermatitis from irritation by the clogged oily secretion by the hair follicles irritating the skin, infestations with lice, dandruff, psoriasis, acne.
