Can pulmonary hypertension be reversed?

Depends : It depends on the cause of the pah.

Possibly: FDA approved treatments include oral, inhaled and infusion medications. These treatments widen lung blood vessels and ease the symptoms of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH).

Pulmonary HTN: Sometimes. When treatment is started early it's not unusual for this condition to improve with therapy but there are some cases that worsen in spite of therapy though therapy even then may slow progression of the disease.
