Two enzymes: If they're high in the blood, they've often leaked from injured liver cells. They're not dangerous by themselves, but they mean the cause needs to be found. Alcohol, meds, hepatitis, hemochromatosis and wilson's will be ruled in / out, but perhaps the most common cause in the us today is simply lack of exercise.
