Depends: depends what you are eating and how much you are eating. The amount of fiber and fluids in your diet is important, Aim for 25 grams of INSOLUBLE fiber as in apple skins, lentils, etc. Drink at least 16 ounces of fluid four times a day. Vegetables are high in fiber as are beans. One serving of beans provides 6 grams of fiber ( one 1/4 of your daily requirement)
