Hard to comment: "Not eating" is a observers label not an easily measurable fact. If the kid is healthy & growing normally by your docs existing records, his eating is by definition adequate for his age.Two year old's have lower metabolic needs than they did the 1st year and lean down from the baby buddha look. They also can use feeding refusal to manipulate you. I would consider a growth check 2X/yr a good idea
