Genetics: Genetics may determine your weight as in some families it is difficult to gain weight because of high metabolism. Difficulty may occur by not eating enough for the amount or type of exercise you do. You may not gain weight because of the content of the foods in your diet. Two things you should do are get a complete physical to be sure of being healthy and see a dietitian to help you eat properly.
