Scoliosis: Diet will not directly impact or prevent scoliosis, a condition in which the spine curves rather than being straight. However, eating a balanced diet with plenty of calcium and vitamin d will help prevent osteoporosis, which could worsen the basic condition. Dairy products, leafy greens, etc can supply calcium, and fish ; eggs can supply vit d. Fortified cereals too, if you eat grains.
