Scoliosis : Constant proper posture, no slouching, no carrying heavy bags on one shoulder, regular follow up visits evey 6 to 12 mos with your 1ry care physician & orthopedic, depending on the degree of your scoliosis & spine X rays scoliosis series will show the degree of your scoliosis & based on that your doctors will creat a treatment plan for you. Hard to say: Scoliosis is a diverse label with most having minor curves that will never need treatment and some that do.It tends to worsen in the growing years and stabalize when people stop. Since you are 20, it is likely stable. I would followup with your doc and see if there was any need for you to alter your life due to this issue.
