What makes a fallopian tube slightly swollen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A tubal "swelling"l: A significantly swollen tube is usually due to a infection contained therein. A "slightly" swollen tube sounds like an ultrasound report of a Radiologist's finding that has only a "slight" significance in the absence of a Fallopian tube infection.
