How to feel if your fallopian tubes are swollen?

No different: The fallopian tubes do not have much sensation if they stretch slowly. This usually occurs from chronic inflammation. Sometimes there will be a vague pressure sensation. Swelling that occurs quickly from a tubal pregnancy causes pain.
