Dr. Christopher Calendine

Keep Diet Journal: Frequent belching can be related to reflux disease. Can be aggravated by certain food intake and intolerances. Use caution with over-indulgence of fast foods, carbonated drinks, legumes, beans, ... Gastric acid issues can be aggravated by stimulants (caffeine), acidic foods (tomato/pickle-based), and fatty foods. Journal of food intake and symptoms will help healthcare provider narrow diagnosis.
