Is excessive belching a concern for malignancy? if so, under what circumstances? why?

I don't think that excessive belching is a common symptom of malignancy. In my experience, it's often caused by forcing oneself to belch. By doing so, one merely keeps swallowing more air which aggravates the need or urge to belch.
