Possible ulcer?: Vomiting is a warning sign, so your symptoms signal a problem. How serious the problem and what organ(s) is(are) involved will be determined by appropriate medical evaluation--see your doctor. In the meantime, if you're taking nsaid's (aleve, advil)--discontinue them, and, by all means, stop drinking alcohol! Your body is trying to tell you something!

Drink what?: If by "drink" you mean alcohol, then it may be due to how your body metabolizes it. There are metabolites which can build up and cause nausea.
