Not mcuh to tell: We need to know good history , underlying medical condition , medication and more . At this age , we need to think of gastrointestinal problems like gall bladder diseases , acid reflux disease ( severe) peptic ulcer diseases . If you are taking medications on daily basis , they could be major culprits . I would recommend to see your family doc and have basic evaluation
