Not likely: Prostate gland grows under the influence of androgenic hormones as does prostate cancer. Barring some rare genetic defect, that I am unaware of, a 15 year old will not have prostate cancer.

Very unlikely: Prostate cancer increases in frequency with age. It is very rare in young men and very common in older men. It would be extremely rare in a 15 year old. The youngest person I have known of with prostate cancer was 30.
