Consult: Difficulty with erection is a recognised side effect of radical prostate surgery. There is no way to go and 'reconnect' all nerves. Discuss options with your urologist.

Nerve grafts: Urologists have been studying nerve grafts (when the nerve bundles need to be removed) at the time of radical prostatectomy for over 13 years. Only a small number of patients seem to benefit. If you have already had the procedure, then you are not a candidate and you should speak with urologist about alternative treatments fro erectile dysfunction.

ED: Erectile dysfunction following radical prostatectomy is not necessarily a certainty. There are, however, no neurosurgical procedures for revitalizing nerves damaged during radical prostatectomy.
