Visualization needed: Honestly, it's hard to say without seeing it in person. Is it red, sore, warm to touch? It's possible that it's a skin infection with abscess formation, but it could also be a form of acne. Again, without examining it, it's hard to say for sure. You might want to have your doctor look at it.
