This : This is likely a acne pustule or even a cyst. Try using warm compresses over the area twice a day. If there is no improvement in about a week or it becomes painful, red, and tender, then a visit to your doctor is in order. Good luck.

Skin cyst: Sounds like a cystic lesion of the skin. Should arrange to see a dermatologist to assess this.
