If your glands are swollen will you be able to see it in your neck because i can only feel it and it feels like it's bigger then the other maybe norma?

Yes normal: Glands can swell independently...One side can be bigger than the other...They are more easily seen in children. In adults we typically feel them as you note. If they are tender or red or huge then be seen. Usually they are normal and once swollen may not return to completely un-feelable.

Lymph nodes: Hello, lymph nodes are easiest to feel in our bodies in our neck, armpits and the inguinal (bikini/underwire) areas.. When you are bathing it is easiest to feel these areas. It is important that your doctor sees you to confirm your findings. Often times some lymph nodes are easier to feel in one side than the other and this may be completely normal but let him/her inform you of that.

Feel swollen yes: If you have swollen lymph nodes you may feel them rather than see them. If there is a question ask your physician.
